Auto Debit of Credit Card or Bank Account for Balance on Account

Thank you for choosing our direct payment option. We will automatically charge your monthly balance on/around the 12th of each month.  Please note that you will continue to receive a monthly statement as a record of the charges that have occurred in the previous month.  This statement is sent the first week of each month for you to review all charges for accuracy.  We ask that you contact Customer Service at 303-604-3000 or customerservice@eldoradosprings.com with any questions before the charge is completed on the 12th.  If you should need copies of any invoices listed on the statement please contact us at the above listed number and we will be happy to assist you.  If you should close your account or need to make any changes to your credit card information or need to cancel the direct payment for any reason, please contact Customer Service.
